General Session FAQs
What is the process like?
Step 1: Choose a session that fits what you are looking for
Step 2: Casey will create an agreement for you! Once deposit is sent and agreements are exchanged, a time slot will be reserved for you.
Step 3: We will communicate about your photoshoot prior to working together if we need to communicate any details!
Step 4: After your photoshoot, Casey will send you an album of “Originals Options to Choose From” for you to choose which images you would like to keep! (PLEASE NOTE: Originals are NOT downloadable, may not be reproduced, and will not be sold).
Step 5: Notify Casey you have chosen your final images
Step 6: Casey will work on your album. 2-3 weeks from when you notify her of your images to be edited, she will send an email with a link to your gallery where you can download your beautiful memories!
What is your availability like?

What happens if the weather is not ideal?
In the cases of extreme wind or rain, Casey will work with the client to schedule another date that works for them. If Casey is completely booked on the days that works for the client, she will have the Client work with Ang, the associate photographer, to reschedule on a date that works for the Client. In the case Casey and Ang are not available on a date that works for the Client, the Client will be refunded any fees besides the non-refundable deposit.
Upon booking the Client has the option to reserve a rain date day & time. Please keep this in mind upon booking and mention to Casey if you are interested in taking advantage of this option.
What if I have to reschedule?
Sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. I totally understand! You can reschedule as many times as you need, but please try to give me as much notice as you can. Availability may be more sparse as graduation season gets closer, so please keep this in mind. Because I am reserving a time slot for you, your deposit will not be refunded in the case of cancellation.
Do I have to pose myself?
No! You will have the option to take a lead on the posing front, but if you need help posing, Casey or Ang will happily direct you on how to pose. You are welcome to bring inspiration or fun ideas from Pinterest you would like to try and we will do our best to incorporate those in your photos!
Do you photograph men, too?
Yes! We are well versed in posing everyone.

Will I have my photos in time for graduation?
When choosing your time slot, please keep in mind that the turnaround time is up to 3 weeks from when you choose your images to be edited. If you would like to have your images ready for graduation day, you will want to schedule your photos at least 3.5 weeks in advance of your photoshoot.

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring are your regalia and yourself! You always have the option to provide your own props such as champagne and confetti. When do I receive my regalia?
Casey recommends reaching out to your bookstore to find out when you should receive regalia. Casey has a limited number of caps & gowns that seniors are welcome to borrow for no additional fee. You can also borrow regalia from previous classmates! If you are unable to borrow regalia from a friend and Casey does not have a set of regalia that will fit, please consider finding out when you will receive your regalia before booking if you would like it in your photos.
